Program Review

The Program Review will keep the accident prevention program and safety plan current. The Safety
Plan  should designate how often a program review is conducted and who has primary responsibility
to insure the  review is conducted.

The Safety Plan should set forth a requirement that all reviews be documented, and insure that any
changes to  the Safety plan are properly and timely disseminated to effected employees.
