BEHAVIORS can be grouped into patterns, which create a behavioral "style". Everyone has specific
behavioral pattern which fits into one of the four identified behavioral groups.  

Each style has a "likes", "dislikes" and a "fear". Understanding the style factors of each behavior group
enables a better understanding of the other person.
