GENERAL LIABILITY
Our general liability loss control services address premises liability exposures to
minimize loss severity and frequency at facilities such as amusement parks,
convention centers, sports arenas, airports, museums, restaurants, shopping
malls and other places of public assembly.

We are also available for consulting services to address specific issues or special
events such as conventions, concerts, sports events, etc. These services may
include:

  • An evaluation of a building or site to ensure that it is safe for its occupants
    in accordance with the requirements set in the Life Safety Code.

  • Assistance with the development of effective loss prevention programs.

  • Review of contracts with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and
    customers to ensure that proper risk transfer mechanisms are used.

  • An analysis of losses to identify trends and provide solutions to address
    these trends.

  • Review of specific loss prevention measures such as: security, lighting, non-
    slip surface coatings, warnings, self-inspection programs and records, etc.
